Everyday I wake up at 6am in order to prepare my self for hospital training ,I've tried deferential kinds of food that i thought its going to refresh me but i didn't find until now ... I wonder what kind of food do you have for breakfast one that gives you power through the day?
thanks:)
My morning starts at 1600. My breakfast (or dinner) of choice is a smoothie: frozen strawberries, a banana, half a cup of beans, a hand full if shredded carrots, some spinach, and flax seed. Watered down with milk. It may sound gross, but I mostly taste the fruit. You have to have a good blender to make it nice and smooth. Keeps me going for hours, plus I get a huge portion of fruit and veg early on.
What keeps me from getting hungry is lots of protein and few carbs. I second the boiled eggs on the way to work. I usually eat two and that's it because I'm just not hungry. I don't get hungry until lunch with that. If I eat a granola bar, cereal, or something similar I'm starving two hrs later.

Toast with peanut butter and a cup of coffee. This has been my breakfast for weeks now. I eat it in the car on my 15 minute drive to work. It keeps me full until the afternoon... then I snack on a granola bar or some fruit until I have enough time to eat a full meal.
