Toast with peanut butter and a cup of coffee. This has been my breakfast for weeks now. I eat it in the car on my 15 minute drive to work. It keeps me full until the afternoon... then I snack on a granola bar or some fruit until I have enough time to eat a full meal.

I've been doing the same granola bar and coffee combination for a LONG time and this post has inspired me to be better about breakfast. Maybe then I won't be starving at 9am...

A shot of vodka ?

My morning starts at 1600. My breakfast (or dinner) of choice is a smoothie: frozen strawberries, a banana, half a cup of beans, a hand full if shredded carrots, some spinach, and flax seed. Watered down with milk. It may sound gross, but I mostly taste the fruit. You have to have a good blender to make it nice and smooth. Keeps me going for hours, plus I get a huge portion of fruit and veg early on.

I have to eat protein like eggs or a piece of chicken or lean beef for breakfast and this is the only thing that keeps me from feeling hungry and nervous till the afternoon.

What keeps me from getting hungry is lots of protein and few carbs. I second the boiled eggs on the way to work. I usually eat two and that's it because I'm just not hungry. I don't get hungry until lunch with that. If I eat a granola bar, cereal, or something similar I'm starving two hrs later.
