]I had my first really good day! I've been doing full time placement for the last 12 weeks, six weeks on two different units, as a student and yesterday was my first day where I went home and felt like there wasn't SOMETHING I had messed up on. I had the full pt load, helped out other nurses, comforted pts, decided what PRN meds to give consulted with the doctor, delt with families, organized my day, got charting done on time, took all of my breaks and left on time without anyone holding my hand or looking over my shoulder. I felt like I would never get here. I'm just so excited to finally be feeling like more like a nurse and less like an incompetent floundering student!!!]I feel like a can finally be a nurse, good thing too, I graduate friday
