So I drive 200 miles to work one way. For me that's 3.5 hours that I feel I should be productive with.
My solution: learning Spanish with CD's that I put in my car.
However there's only so much Spanish I can try and learn at one point before I need a break.
Anyone have any suggestions?
For those that drive a distance, what do you do during your drive?
Well my drive to the office takes about 5 minutes as it is only a mile or so from my house BUT it takes me about 20 min each way to take my son to daycare. During that time I talk to him, drink my coffee and listen to the morning show on the radio. Some days I will call my mom and talk to her on my cars bluetooth.
What kind of music do you like? Artists?I like the screaming stuff when I am working out - it gets me pumped up.
Well I was raised on classical that led to techno very fast and that led to Dubstep. I know most people HATE it. Favorite is people like Bassnectar, Skrillex, Rusko, Flux Pavillion. You have to have good speakers/system to get all the parts though. I literally feel my insides rattle when it's playing.

Oh, I am old. I've never heard of any of the stuff you mentioned.
But I'm not so old I don't appreciate the rattling, ear-stripping aspect.............
it's why I have some nerve-damage deafness.......I used to find that the louder the music
the more it calmed me. I used to need alot of calming:D
