EWB starts tomorrow, and I am fully prepared to knock it out over the next 2 days and get it done.
My goal is to be done with my BSN by Christmas, and I am psyched and ready to go!
Anyone joining me tomorrow? ?

Well I took stats...but not biochem, or a humanities course that I'm aware of! So that would make sense I guess.

I had an AAS, and they do a full transcript review, so what you will need to take will be based on what you haven't taken. I had to take Nutrition, Biochem, Humanities and Social Science Theory.
O ok cool so not to many more courses :-) I'll most likely have to take the same :-)
Thanks Guys!!!

I'm not sure I'll take a shot and say maybe three.....Statistics, Biochemistry, and a Humanities course. You may even have to take Nutrition lets wait for the others to chime in before you take that and run.
I have an AAS and I will be able to tell you once my transcripts are done (next week, I'm hoping). Based on transcripts reviewed from Walden and Ariz State Univ, I am expecting to have to take Humanities and Statistics. I took a Chemistry course prior to my nursing program, so don't know if that will satisfy the Biochem requirement. My nursing program had a Nutrition course, so don't expect to have to do that but who knows? I am just SO anxious to see how it all shakes out.
It's nice to have all of you chiming in- very helpful. I would like to hear from Lisa1980 too. Wonder if she kept going for the MSN? That is my goal also.
Make sure you let us know!
My nursing program had a nutrition course, but it was only a 1-credit course, and it needs to be 3 credits, so that's why I had to take it. I never took a chemistry class except in high school, so I was expecting to have that one.
Do you know if they have a limit on classes that can be transferred?
The minimum number of classes you will have to take are the 7 core nursing courses.
Does anyone know the maximum amount of classes they will transfer from another school into threre program?
I don't know the answer to that, but I know what you mean. Arizona State will only accept x# of my community college AASN credits. In my conversations with the WGU enrollment counselor, I was not led to believe that there was a limit to the number of credits they would accept, just that they had to be the correct courses. Hope that helps.
O ok thanx I have the email of an enrollment counselor there so I will drop her a quick email!
Thank you everyone!

Fwiw, It's NOT a requirement that you have to do all peeress before you can touch nursing courses. I'm scheduled to take nursing informatics before "social sciences"
I will have to look into this because I was pretty angry when she did this to me.
My advisor told me that ALL classes could be opened for me, and I could work on them at my own pace....
I will definitely be contacting the school about this on Tuesday.
