EWB starts tomorrow, and I am fully prepared to knock it out over the next 2 days and get it done.
My goal is to be done with my BSN by Christmas, and I am psyched and ready to go!
Anyone joining me tomorrow? ?
transcript evaluation: 1. language and communication research 2. college algebra and statistics 3. two courses in humanities 4. behavioral science survey 5.human physiology 6. A&P lab:nono: 7. microbiology and lab:mad:8. Nutrition
This is a mouthfull, i am requesting a transcript re-eval i already took micro 4 credit and a&p 5credits with my AAS program, i really dont want to take these again especially microbiology. this is a total of 27 credits
I will be really TO'd if I am told I have to repeat A&P I & II and Micro. I took Anatomy & Physiology I and II and Microbiology, all 3 courses with labs, 4 credit hours each. Why do you have to appeal this or request a transcript re-eval? Just wondering what it was about the courses that they didn't accept them.

Ah yes.
It's the AAS that's the problem. If it was an ASN, you would probably not have to take most of those CU's.
I am currently appealing A&P i sent in the course description and it does state that lab is included in the course. i appealed micro too, but the course description is really vague so i am trying to request a copy of the syllabus, i figure at least if i get rid of anatomy, i guess i can deal with microbiology.
you are correct i took quite a few classes with the AAS but they did not transfer to the school, the only classes that transferred were math, english1, Speech, biochemistry, psychology, sociology. it does not look like i will finish in 1 semester, but maybe early may or june 2012, depends on how fast i can pace myself.
I finished another class today, and have started to make a LOT of headway in my A&P Lab.... this is going very well. I am certain I will be done by December!! :)

I'm now waiting on the re-eval when I never got the first eval because THEY DIDN'T KNOW I WAS AN RN EVEN THOUGH I APPLIED FOR THE RN-BSN PROGRAM!!!!!! I feel like Rodney Dangerfield!!!!!! But the worse case scenario is that I graduate from Chamberlain with a BSN in May of 2012, is only 5 short months after you.
:D I was just really hoping to get this done sooner had WGU panned out but it looks like it's gonna be a WASH-OUT, seeing as though they can't even do the darn evaluation!!
For example, I finished Nutrition (3 credits) in just over a week (read the notes for each chapter and then just took the final exam).
Klone,
Hi there. I just joined this board. I started WGU last month and am starting nutrition today. I see you did it in a week. What do you recommend for studying? Is this exam taken with a web camera? Do you think if I read the chapter summary and did the questions at the end of the chapter it would be good enough to pass the final? I am not much of a reader so reading all of the chapters in the book are not really an option because I have trouble remembering what a read in the first place....ugh!
Thanks for any help...
