Two days from submission is nothing. Many tasks take 4-6 days. I like how they now tell you where you are in the queue - that's a new feature that they just started about a month ago.
I am a big fan of that too! Helps with the grade staulking...lol

Congrats. I'm trying to get through it.... just seems like soooo much to read. Hopely I'll b ready to take it next week .
Question....about the AMNH posts, did u reply from the DPV1 course page or go to communities? I don't have a "reply" button when I go to communities

The AMNH posts are not mandatory no matter what the communities or mentor say. All you need for that class is to pass the test and to get the AMNH certificate for your portfolio.

I never visited the communities. I finished the AMNH hourse in an hour by just taking the 15 question quiz at the end without reading anything or visiting the communities. I got 14 out of 15 correct and printed out my certificate of completion.
With WGU, the trick is to skip the busy work, have faith in your abilities and jump directly into the assignments. You'll waste valuable time doing otherwise.
I just did the pre-assessment and reviewed my weak areas and emailed the course mentor I want to say her name was Jenny Long due to my mentors encouragement and she sent me an individualized study plan plus some more info on medicare and the ACA.
Also my mentor told me upfront what TheCommuter and FeatherzRN have already said skip the busy work and do the test as many times as you need to pass, print it, save it to your computer, save it to google drive, and email it to your mentor cause apparently it's a PITA to get later if you lose it and you'll need it for your portfolio.

Is it just the one quiz for the certification?
The RN-MSN program doesn't have the Portfolio section so do I still need it?
I passed my care of the older adult and my nutrition assessment! 2 out of 4 classes-DONE!
me too!! sadly I haven't done much since week two when I passed nutrition, studied health assessment some and worked on biochem a little. but still go us!!!
Just wrapped up biochem, assuming no revisions for task 5!! If I never see another toothpick again it will be too soon but I'm proud of myself for buckling down and getting it done! How's everyone else doing?
