Hello All, for those individuals who are projecting to start OCTOBER 2015 and want a study buddy or we can give words of encouragement or just touch base with updates please do so. Currently I'm just waiting for one last transcript to arrive and have the evaluation done so I know what courses I will have to take. Nevertheless, good luck to all. Finishing is Better than Starting........Patience is Better than Pride!

Hello! I'm Sarah. I'm also projected to start in October. I am just waiting for my AP score to arrive at WGU and then have my transcripts evaluated as well. I'm very excited about starting! I will gladly stay in contact. The more support the better! :)
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which classes would be good to take together? I'm hoping to finish them quickly and add on some more throughout the term. If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I'll gladly take it!
Hey Sarah.....Good to know you want to stay in contact. I want to finish in one term also. I'm excited as well and I hope all of us have the best of luck in the program.

Here's a piece of advice for those who wish to finish in one term: DO NOT tell your program mentor you plan to finish in one term under any circumstances. Once they hear you intend to finish in one term, they'll attempt to slow you the hell down.
Just complete the coursework as quickly as possible. Once you complete your first 12 credits quickly, your mentor will basically be forced to accelerate your coursework by adding more classes to your first (and only) term.

Okay, I applied tonight. I want to start October 1st as well. How long did it take for WGU to evaluate your transcripts?
I doubt you'll get a start date of October 1st since that's cutting it too close. Since it's the end of August, you probably will not be able to start until November or December. Lately the enrollment process has been taking a couple of months at the soonest.

I was planning on starting October 1st too but decided to start Nov 1st as I am on vacation beginning of October.
Unfortuately none of my nursing modules from the UK transferred so I have 70 to do!
I hope to get it done as quickly as possible
