Hi Everyone!

I didn't see a thread started for this application cycle so I wanted to get one going. If there is one already started that I haven't seen feel free to redirect me. I applied for Western University's MSN-E program this fall for a start date of next fall. If anyone else is applying/has any news please share! Good luck to everyone!

I submitted my LORS by mail, the transcripts I had the schools I attended mail them and also mailed them in before I submitted my appl.

submitted everything in but the app is yet to be updated....does anyone know why there is only two spots for LOR in the app update screen?

I believe you only need 2 of the 3 LOR in order to have your application to be sent to the committee for review, but 3 is required.

I just got the email this morning saying my application has been sent for review. Has anyone heard if they actually closed the application period or if they are extending it again like the past few years? Website still shows Oct 1st due date.

Just checked Western's site again and the application window has been extended to Nov. 1st.

hey guys! after i read everyone's comments, i'm very anxious about my application. I'm also waiting to hear back from them. As of today, app website says, "All Materials have received" and nothing yet. Let me know if you guys have any updates and when getting interview dates. Why did they extend the application deadline to Nov 1st. Does anyone know? Thanks All,

I'm anxious as well! I sent two of my letters on the 26 through express mail and tracked it. It says they were received by EDS on the 27th (last Friday) but the app is not updated. I hope they were not misplaced!

The initial submission was in late June, but I did not get all my materials in until mid September (pesky references....). FYI - my status on the website still shows as "application materials received". But I did get two emails - saying the same thing, just from two sources. One was more personal, the other more auto-generated.

Hey Anxious621 - I would not worry - it takes them about 5 to 10 business days to post the items. I am sure they are swimming in all the extra submission items right now....If you do not see them as being posted by mid to late next week, then give them a call.
