Hi Everyone!
I didn't see a thread started for this application cycle so I wanted to get one going. If there is one already started that I haven't seen feel free to redirect me. I applied for Western University's MSN-E program this fall for a start date of next fall. If anyone else is applying/has any news please share! Good luck to everyone!

No news but I just finished my program a few weeks ago. Praise Jesus!
Which program did you finish?
The MSN-E.
Oh! So you already went through this program. Congrats then!

I received an email yesterday stating that my application is complete and will be sent to the committee for review. Crossing fingers! I believe we won't hear anything about interviews until January.
Wow that's great! When did you turn your application in? Did they ever email you to tell you that all of your prerequisites were okay or was that the one you just got? I just turned my in on Friday so all it says on my file is that materials are received. How did you find out when they were planning on telling us about interviews? Sorry for all of the questions.

Could you work full time and complete the MSN-FNP portion in two years?
I turned in my application in July, in hopes that they will review my application. My stats are not great, so I decided to prepare all my paperwork to be submitted early. I do not recall them emailing me about my prerequisites. I went to preview day on 8/24/13, and they said they were not reviewing applications yet. But ----------------- o said we should start receiving emails real soon. They also mentioned that they will accept students without an interview, if they are in love with that candidate. Which would be an amazing opportunity for any of us. Interviews are often given in January-March, but that is a tentative schedule. We may hear about it earlier. Keep an eye out for emails from your counselor.

Hello,
I was wondering if it makes a difference when we apply because its not rolling admission? Also did anyone have trouble with the resume since we aren't able to see how it look like as a whole after pasting it onto the application?
We were told tat it doesn't matter when you apply, the first person have the exact same chance as the person who submits it later. It is not on rolling admissions.
Great, Thank you so much!
