I just got accepted into the FNP MSN-E program at Western University of Health Sciences. Has anyone gone through this program? If so, could you please share what you liked and disliked about the program. Any feedback would be helpful.

Student 2010, I recently turned in my transcripts from fall. I will call next week. It makes me so nervous to know that you've interviewed and are already accepted. I really hope to get in. Perhaps because I had core classes pending, I'm lower on the list.

Are you finishing up any classes? I think you mentioned Statistics right? I am in Microbio now and will be finished in March.

Yes, I am taking Stats this semester and that is my last pre-req. It may be that they were waiting for you Fall transcripts because if that included some of the science courses, then they would probably want to see those scores.

Student 2010, I had the the majority of my science prereqs to finish when I applied. I had anatomy, physiology, Chem last semester and now microbio and biochem. I am keeping my fingers crossed and praying that I have the opportunity to join you this fall.

Oh now I'm really anxious and nervous. I haven't heard anything yet. But I just interviewed last weekend (23rd)...I wonder if that makes a difference. I hope all the accepted e-mails haven't gone out yet

Hi Everyone!

I just registered, but I was checking in during the application and interview process... On Friday afternoon I received an acceptance email for the MSNE program. I interviewed on Jan. 21st.

We were told we would hear something by Feb/March, so it looks like they're ahead of schedule?

Anyway, best of luck to everyone! Also, I applied with all but one pre-req completed (finishing speech this spring).

Hang in there everyone. I am sure they didnt email all 60 (or however many they accept) people on Friday. Hope there are more emails for you all this next week. Also remember most people apply at various places and will not accept or accept and later change their minds.

I am still waiting for the non entry letters to go out. When I last emailed them, they said they are doing all the entry MSN people first and have not even started the regular MSN applicants so I still have to wait. It so hard but my other top school wont even let me know until April/May so i wait anyways. Good luck to us all:)
