I did not see any thread on February 2011 support group, so I decided to form a forum for us to share our view, plan and how to pass for the test. As we all prayer for each other to continue with this journey I wish everyone who is taking NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-LVN/LPN.
Join the excellent group!
Good luck to everybody testing in February.
Here is the plan and we have a 1+month.
Here is my plan finishing the Saunders CD (fourth edition)
Do the Exam cram CD (1000 questions)
Do the NCLEX 3500 and with all the prayers to pass this NCLEX.
"Holy Spirit,
Thou make me see everything
and show me the way to reach my ideal.
You who will give the divine gift
to forgive and forget the wrong that is done to me
and who are in all instances of my life with me.
I, in this short dialogue, want to thank You for everything
and confirm once more that I never want to be separated from You
no matter how great the material desire may be.
I want to be with You and my loved ones in Your perpetual glory, Amen God please help us all.
So come on board all futures RN's and LVN's let's rock this NCLEX together.
Took my NCLEX-RN this morning... 75 questions and two hours later I checked Pearson Vue and got the good pop up :). Now just have to wait two days for my quick results. SO glad that's over!
Goodluck with your official result. Please can you share your experience and the things that helped you.

I had a TON and i mean a TON of SATA's!!! At one point in time i counted 6 in a row. Another time 4 and 3 in a row with 1 and 2 thrown in between here and there. I'd say all together I definitely had at least 20 if not more which was driving me insane!!! At one point i even caught myself saying to myself "you've got to be ******* kidding me!"
Thanks to all of u for ur support the past couple of weeks! All nurses definitely kept me sane. Can't wait til thursday to get my official results - the pop up better be true!! Good luck to everyone who is taking it this month! You all can do it!
hi .. did you take exam feb 14.. i did also and got the good pop up but not sure if i can trust it.. i guess theres nothing to do accept wait.. this is terrible thing to do to people.. results should be given right away! i am so afraid to beleive in the pop up and then a failed response.....
want to know if anyone has gotten a good pop up and failed.......
Hi. I am doing been doing Exam Cram CD questions, Saunders for comprehensive review, and I dabbled in the Kaplan Strategy book for questions just to see another view of questioning. I started off the 1st 2 weeks just doing Saunders and I came here and I saw people said the questions were too easy (after doing some ExamCram and Kaplan I had to agree). Many of my friends say majority of the test is delegation, priority and assignment and many people here recommend LaCharity for that. I ordered that book and its on its way and should arrive today (from Amazon). I take my test next week on the 22nd and I am very fearful. I hope we all do well and pass. I also would like to say many posts on this site have helpful mnemonics. Wishing and praying for all Feb testers and beyond.

Hi. Could you explain the PVT pop up to me? I see everyone here talking about it. But many of my friends waited 2days and paid for results. What is the best way to calm nerves?
oh I know. I hear "you will pass", well they have no idea. I have bitten my finger nails down! What are you studying? I just did Kaplan on-line. I studied my butt off, all this hard work has to pay off. Where are you taking your test? I live in Maryland.
Hi. I also live in MD. I take my test on the 22nd.
Congrats! I take my exam in 2 days. I am working on an alternate question book and I am not doing very well. I have heard that higher level questions are SATA. Wow! I am frightened. I also completed the Hurst review, but it is so much info. Good luck to all! I will post my results by Friday 2/18:sstrs::sstrs:
Hi, I have heard that the 15 that dont count, many are SATA's. But who knows, other than PearsonVue. LoL! Good Luck to you!
Hi everyone! I'm taking the NCLEX exam on the 22nd of February. I was supposed to take it on the 1st but due to the snow storm, it got cancelled. I wasn't nervous then. I am now. :redbeathe I was originally planning to study 400 questions a day since I have only a few days left but now I just realized that it is both physically and mentally impossible. After just answering 50 questions, I find myself looking for distractions (surfing the net, etc.) I end up just finishing 100 questions a day! Now, I'm planning to just take about 200 questions a day. Wish me luck! I will pray that all of us will succeed. I'm sure God will be with us on our exam days as He has always been with us everyday. Congratulations to all those who have already passed!
I also take mine on the 22nd. I always tease myself and say I must be ADD because between questions I stop and surf the net. I think we will get through the exam with breaks. GOOD LUCK!
