Welcome NCLEX February 2011 Test Takers

Published

I did not see any thread on February 2011 support group, so I decided to form a forum for us to share our view, plan and how to pass for the test. As we all prayer for each other to continue with this journey I wish everyone who is taking NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-LVN/LPN.

Join the excellent group!

Good luck to everybody testing in February.

Here is the plan and we have a 1+month.

Here is my plan finishing the Saunders CD (fourth edition)

Do the Exam cram CD (1000 questions)

Do the NCLEX 3500 and with all the prayers to pass this NCLEX.

"Holy Spirit,

Thou make me see everything

and show me the way to reach my ideal.

You who will give the divine gift

to forgive and forget the wrong that is done to me

and who are in all instances of my life with me.

I, in this short dialogue, want to thank You for everything

and confirm once more that I never want to be separated from You

no matter how great the material desire may be.

I want to be with You and my loved ones in Your perpetual glory, Amen God please help us all.

So come on board all futures RN's and LVN's let's rock this NCLEX together.

UPDATE: I got the word this morning that I passed! Yaaaay!

CONGRATS!! :nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse::nurse:

Just took the NCLEX-PN today, had 85 questions, and got the Good PVT pop-up!!!

:dancgrp::ancong!:

Thank you..all the hard work is worth it once I found out that I passed. I heard from my classmates that a percentage of 65% on the KAPLAN training questions would assure you to pass 85% of the time since it is harder than the actual exam.But from what I saw from your thread that you were making 70s on the KAPLAN questions, had the Hurst review and read other review materials then that's great you are very well prepared enough.;) Don't let your nerves get the best of you.Believe in yourself that you can do it!:up::up::up: Good luck and I hope to hear good news from you too.:D:D:D

Ok so I took my test today... I got a total of 85 questions with about 50 of them being SATA and about 20 Priority questions. The questions are very tricky so you have to really pay attention and know that it's not always the airway question that its right. I wish I could give you guys examples but I don't want to get in trouble. I studied Saunders Comprehensive Review and did all the cd questions aswell. I studied for about 2 months day in to day out and I hope it pays off. I got home and tried the PVT trick and I got a good pop up. Has anybody in California tried the trick? Has it worked for you?

Now I just have to wait 2 LONG weeks to know my results...

WOw cant not believe that I start this thread a month ago, and Now I am just so close to take this exam on Saturday the 12th feb PLEASE everyone all I am asking from you out there, just a one prayer for me please. I really need to PASS this time. Thanks a million.

GOOD LUCK TOMORROW! YOU KNOW THIS! YOU CAN DO THIS! Thinking about you! Jen

How long after the test might you be able to see your license on the BON?

I'm scheduled to take my NCLEX-RN on 2-23-11. I WAS fairly confident because I've taken ATI, Kaplan, and Mosby NCLEX comprehensive predictor tests and gotten around 79% which I'm TOLD is about a 98% guarantee that I'll pass my boards on the first try. However, reading these threads I'm seeing that there are a ton of SATA, which I'm not very good at. Are there any resources out there that are just SATA or alternative question formats so I can practice them?
