I did not see any thread on AUGUST 2009 support group, so i decided to form a forum for us to share our view, plan and how to pass for the test first time. :welcome: and Join the excellent group!!

I am taking mine tomorrow too for the second try. for the last week, i only have 3-5 hours of sleep due to anxiety. The questions and strategies keep popping up in my head.

I want to feel that I am ready but i know how hard the questions are eventhough they seem simple. I mean the choices are confusing,hard to decide which to pick. I don't want to expect...:(:(

Got more than 10 med calculations,SATA's and a lot of teachings and prioritization. Tons of meds too!

I don't wanna try the PVT,i'm scared. I'll wait until next week. I took California..

before i went to pearson i even took tylenol. I had a headache and felt like throwing up. I only had 2 hours of sleep last night. I only sleep for 3 hours for 1 week. When i was testing i felt like i was floating. I still thank God i got 265 questions.

It's all in His hands now.. His will be done.

I ready myself not to expect because the exam was really hard.

hey :wink2: its over! I know how you feel. I took it today and got 75 questions and i dont know how to feel overall i wanna feel happy because this is going to be my six time taking the nclex and every time I sat I got 220 or 265 and then i am kinda sad because that could mean the worst all well. Look we did your best! Stop crying I have a lil headache myself and i cant really sleep. All we can do at this point is pray and keep the faith and confidence.This journey has been a long drive for me. You have my blessings and just know that this is only a stepping stone to greatness.:wink2:

Thanks pkid, I just got back from the testing center. The test cut off at 75 questions and I was glad it was over. I don't know how I did. It seemed to get hard after the first few questions, but hopefully I did OK. Good luck on your results too pkid. I'm gonna try the PVT in a little while...

I took NCLEX-PN today. I stopped at 85 questions. This is my second attempt at the test. I'm just wondering..has anyone heard of anyone failing at 85? I had alot of med and SATA questions that I was unsure about.
