I am in the same boat as you!! I test July 8 and I am freaking out hard core! I keep doing questions, but I feel like no matter how many i do I am still going to get questions on the NCLEX that they pulled from left field and have no idea what the hell they are talking about! Any advice would be great! Ugh I just cant wait for this test to be over with already!
i'm taking it on july 8, 8 am in fresno! i'm focusing on pharma, doing at least 100 questions a day, also on delegation & prioritization and infection control...
i'm also thinking of moving it, but at the same time getting tired of reviewing and just want to take it! i'm actually confuse...
someone told me that even if i move it, i'll never feel totally prepared because the topic is soo wide...
i'm just thinking that i'm doing my part, giving my best effort, so i'll just leave the rest to someone up there...i also believe in positive thinking & visualization and of course prayer, so each day, i tell myself that i'm going to be an rn soon!!! just thinking about it gives me motivation..i'm telling myself that i only have one goal on the day of the test, that is to pass the nclex! i know i'll feel nervous which is normal, but i know god will be with me so i don't need to worry...
goodluck everyone!:hrnsmlys:
EXACTLY a week from TODAY I test!! I was doing questions last night in my delegation and prioritization book and I had to quit because my reasoning and rationale for the answer i picked was always wrong!! I think I need a drink to calm down my nerves and it's 11:30 in the afternoon! :beercuphe
Keep up the studying guys!!! I'll be back later when I get bored of doing questions!

Hey all! I only have one week left to study for NCLEX. I've been studying as much as I can sanely handle between the 30 - 40 hours a week at my new nursing job and the endless classes the hospital is making me take for my department. I've been using Kaplan, Drexel, ATI, and Saunders as my resources and to be quite honest it's overwhelming me.
I was hoping for any advice on what's my best bet to concentrate on over the next week. I realize I just don't have enough time left to relearn everything.
Thanks for any advice!
