  1. Those are the scores most people get with Kaplan, and they pass. I was at 50's and 60's all the time and I passed. Kaplan has a high level, don't stress about it.
  2. Yes! the book is necessary, and you need to read it before practicing the questions. You will feel like you are no using the strategies while taking the actual test, but unconsciously, you are. I am not saying you'll pass for sure, but it did work for me and I passed at 75 questions in only 1 hour 40 minutes. You still will think you failed!
  3. This time most likely you passed. Most of the time, people either pass or fail at 75 or 265. When you get a number like that 140-150 mostle means, you passed.
  4. I am not joking, you passed, you'll see:up:
  5. You can get them on saturday. At least, here in Utah you can. You passed, I am 85% sure
  6. Divide the weight in lbs to Kg by 2.2 and then multiply that by the mg, and then you need to see how many mg are there in a ml to calculate how many ml
  7. Your welcome! and I hope you go on to get the RN
  8. There are nurses in the hospital that have told me their tales of the old nurses times with the Nclex, and I think there is not way I could survive that long in agony. I would have to be put in a SICU bed on propofol drip:banghead:
  9. Be sure to read the book before you practice the questions, that is the most important part, learn the strategies.
  10. That's ok. Then it is only $109. But the book is the same for the LPN and the RN as far as content, it changes only on the test. The explanations are the same and if you are planning to become an RN then is better to buy the RN one instead. BTW I did Kaplan PN Q-bank too, and passed at 85 questions last year when I got my LPN license
  11. This is for the Practical Nurse license, are you taking the LPN or the RN?
  12. That's tipically the case everywhere because you don't have a license and then it would be illegal. A co-worker failed it and had to work as an aide until he passed the test
  13. That is if you do the entire program, but I don't think that is neccessary. The Q-bank is only $299 for 1000 questions. I think with that you'll be ok, plus the cost of the book
  14. Very true, I even text message everybody right coming out of the test that "I failed" the I found out 2 days later that I passed. I am sure you passed
