I thought it might be nice to have a place for us to vent our frustrations with waiting until May 30th or so when letters start going out. I know I'm going nuts already!
How about introductions and a little info about each person?
I'm applying to both Bloomington and Indy-Lawrence for the Fall 2009 ASN programs. I turned in my apps this week with 4 As on the pre-reqs and a 90.0 on the TEAS. My eventual goal is at least getting a BSN, and if I feel like doing homework long enough, an MSN of some sort. I work full time now, but will hopefully only work part time if I get accepted. I'm so antsy to start preparing and finally feel like all of this is real!

How did you sign up for the CPR class at Ivy Tech. When I try to sign up for one, it says it needs to be approved by the Department Chair. Did you have to have someone sign up for it for you? I go to the Fort Wayne campus so I don't know if it is different or what. Thanks!

Oh no!! So sorry! What was your score? Did they say if you were an alternate? Don't worry just yet people always apply to multiple campuses and then turn down the ones they didn't want. I'm turning my Madison seat down if I get Columbus and so is another girl that applied with me, so there are 2 possible seats open.
If Columbus gets their stuff together and gets the dang letters out. I wonder if the lady is just tired of answering the same question a million times a day and is just saying whatever she feels like?

davilynlovesdani- i am sooo sorry!! that stinks!!!! did u get in the lpn program? you can always do transition program.
xandersmomma- i just registered online through campus connect. it is under health sciences. hlhs 104. i didn't have to get it approved. it just let me sign right up without any problem.
Crazy. It would not let me sign up. It says something about needing to be approved by the department chair. Did you sign up before or after you got accepted into the program?
Thanks for the info. Did you get a letter today? I did not. Hopefully tomorrow, I guess. I am so tired of waiting. I want to get things started already!
No letter today, and I'm going out of town for the weekend, so I again asked the director when they would be sent out and she said this morning that "they would hopefully go out friday." I'm really losing it over here!
Well..I called Madison..they said that I needed my transcript from IUPUC from when I transferred because they just saw transfer credits on Ivy Tech's transcript and it did not have a grade so they had to give me a C....uuuugggghhhhh I wish I would have known that.:chair:
