VisaScreen vs. CES for Vermont International Nurse NCLEX pass endorsement application

Can anyone help me? i intend to get licensed in Vermont since the California BRN has already issued a statement that they will no longer extend validities of pass letters effective, if i'm not mistaken, april 10 or 30, 2010...

i'm wondering, since i already have a VisaScreen certificate, do i need to apply for a CES again?... the process seem redundant since the CES will be requiring me to submit credentials which are exactly the same as the ones required for my VisaScreen...

i just want to know if anyone has been in the same situation and what they did... and how long did it take to get licensed in Vermont?... :confused:although i totally get the California BRN's move, i still would not want to have my NCLEX go to waste... :crying2:

pleeease help anyone?

thank you!

my license will be expiring this march 2011, can I renew this as early as january as I am living the country by then..thanks

CGFNS will use the same docs for VSC as for CES

if you are talking about your vermont license then no... they have what they call a "renewal period" every two years... the option of renewing is offered only during the renewal period, i believe... i hope this helps...

Thank You very much for the info...now i will try to start to process my visa screen and endorsement to vermont.More power!

what does it mean?

To complete your Vermont application you must:

If it has been two (2) years or more since you last took the NCLEX-RN you will also need to complete and

NCLEX review course and submit the Certificate of Completion and Final Overall Scores to our office for

review.

I passed my NCLEX Ca last June 2007

I have it renewed last year even before they announced that renewing will no longer alllowed.

Im confused. pls help..

I have to endorse my license to vermont or else all will just be wasted..

thanks!

Can someone help me with the link of exact page on IERF website for Vermont specific CES report, thank you.

is it this one? it doesn't say it's specifically for vermont..

hi, i'm also endorsing to vermont. just want to clarify if the CES-Professional report is the same as the full course by course report? the one i found online costs $335 but i read there's another that goes for $385. is this the full course-by course reprot? where in the website/which step of the order process can i find it?

also, in step 6, cgfns asks which credentials will be included in the report. so if i choose gradeschool, high school and college, wilkl that be considered as a full course by couirse report already?

thanks a lot!!!
