Can anyone help me? i intend to get licensed in Vermont since the California BRN has already issued a statement that they will no longer extend validities of pass letters effective, if i'm not mistaken, april 10 or 30, 2010...

i'm wondering, since i already have a VisaScreen certificate, do i need to apply for a CES again?... the process seem redundant since the CES will be requiring me to submit credentials which are exactly the same as the ones required for my VisaScreen...

i just want to know if anyone has been in the same situation and what they did... and how long did it take to get licensed in Vermont?... :confused:although i totally get the California BRN's move, i still would not want to have my NCLEX go to waste... :crying2:

tnk u silver dragon,,, i got it,,,BTW how about the highschool diploma..??is it only the one needed in my highschool curriculum in applying for CES? or does it include the whole record of my hischool documentation?

another is that, i picked the professional report rather than academic report in purchasing Ces..is that correct? BTW when i print out t=my CEs information the question that ask me if i already take and pass my nclex has a NO or X on the box which i think is wrong ,because i put an X on the yes box..??what should i do?

I have a question and I hope someone could please help me out. I noticed that they require a CGFNS certificate if the nursing program was not completely taught in english. Did you still get one or is nursing education in the Philippines considered taught in english? Thanks

yes you need proof of language proficiency to register with vermont... they just need a certified true copy of your HS diploma (certified by your HS registrar)... they do not need your HS TOR... goodluck!

so far, i have many friends who successfully endorsed to vermont, myself included, who did not have a CGFNS certificate... in the TOR provided by our school to the CGFNS credentials verification service, i think it is indicated there that the medium of instruction for the degree is in english...

good pm. can anybody please help me. my nclex exam will expire on june 2011. im planning to apply to Vermont. I already checked all the requirements. I already have a CES full education course by course report which the California BON is the recipient.Certificate was issued Nov 2009. Now is it the same as Professional Report so I can just have to apply for re-evaluation ? please help! im running out of time. thanks.

Hello everyone!

Like the others, I'm still working on my NCLEX exam result endorsement from California to Vermont. I've already submitted my letter to CA-BON requesting for my Candidate Report. However, my My NCLEX-RN result will expire this October. What will happen if by October, my CES report had not been submitted to Vermont BON? CGFNS is requiring me to submit a form to my nursing school, and another form to the Professional Regulation Commission (my initial nursing registration - Philippines), and then to An Bord Altranais (Ireland) for my current nursing registration. Will I still be able to gain Vermont registration even if my NCLEX will expire in October since I've already requested for my Candidate report?

Anyone know the answer to this question,as I am in a similar situation. Thanks:confused:
