It's insanely early to think about this, but here's a thread for anyone applying for the VCU DNAP cohort set to begin January 2021, the application window is open! Are you studying for your GRE yet? ?

Does anybody know how many people they accepted? Esp for the Richmond site. Thanks!

I certainly hope so! Their waitlist video gives me some encouragement. From what I gather with everything going on they only offered slots to the minimum number possible and as things clear up (with re-opening the state, surgeries, etc) then maybe they can offer some more slots? At least that’s the vibe I got! Holding onto any hope possible!

It’s definitely respectful/honorable that they wouldn’t take on too many students if they can’t promise the quality educational opportunity to which they commit. Makes me respect them even more despite the unfavorable response.

I was also waitlisted for Richmond. Congratulations to everyone who has been accepted! Crossing my fingers that something good happens. Can any current students speak to how many (if any) of their classmates got in off the waitlist in previous years?

Second year student here. I'm not aware of any of my classmates that were accepted off of the waitlist. Circumstances are certainly different this year so don't lose hope. Hang in there guys. It's worth it!

Meanwhile, I'm a third-year student here and know of at least 3 people who came off from the waitlist into my cohort. And they're currently kicking *** ?
