I noticed there was not a thread created for Vanderbilt pre-specialty nursing for 2021, so I created one. Is anyone already preparing for this upcoming application cycle?

Week of Feb 22 is what I heard. As for the exact day, not sure.

I think historically it's come out on the 14th, but it's not clear to me if they came out "early" on the 14th or if second week of February was advertised. All official correspondence so far has said it will be third week (22nd or later).

Isn’t the third week of February starting the 15th?

I think of weeks on a calendar running Sunday-Saturday, and technically since the 1st is a Monday the first full week starts on the 7th, which would bring us to the 22nd. But now I think about it, the 15th makes plenty of sense too, and squares with past years. I hope you're right!

That's awesome! I bet if there are still spaces available, they would be accommodating. I applied to other FNP programs, but was always conflicted between FNP and nurse midwifery - when I saw Vanderbilt offered the dual program, I was soo happy!
