Hello everyone! My name is Dustin and I am looking to apply to Vanderbilt's critical care nurse residency track. Specifically CVICU. I thought it would be a good idea to start this forum as applicants can come together to discuss about the application/hiring process and to assist each other.

Applications open in a few short days (July 2nd)!

Does anyone happen to know what color scrubs nurses wear at Vandy? Or, does it depend on the unit?

Someone else on this site said that they could wear any color besides ER. Though I'm not sure how accurate that is. Do you know if they offer any bonuses for signing their contracts?

I don't believe so. At least, I haven't heard or read anything about a bonus.

Hi! Does anyone know if everyone who does not receive an offer gets put on the waitlist? I was also waitlisted and was just curious of my odds for getting offered a position.

To my understanding, I was told that not everyone gets waitlisted. Some people have been told that were not accepted
