Hello everyone! My name is Dustin and I am looking to apply to Vanderbilt's critical care nurse residency track. Specifically CVICU. I thought it would be a good idea to start this forum as applicants can come together to discuss about the application/hiring process and to assist each other.

I'm not sure how many, but they told me it's "very very competitive" haha. I'd be happy just getting on the waitlist!

Lol yeah! They told me the same thing. I interviewed on Monday. Did you have just 2 people in there?

I think they interview 2-3x more. So 10-15 people if there are 5 spots.

Yes, she said that she would contact us on Friday/tomorrow (there were a few of us waiting in the reception area, for all different units).
