Vanderbilt MSN 2016

Published

I haven't seen a thread yet for 2016 hopefuls, so I thought I'd start one. After much research and changing my mind back and forth, I decided to go for the Vanderbilt MSN. I would be direct entry as I already have my BSN. I finally decided on Pediatric Primary Care. I'm just worried about getting a job after graduation as I'm not really seeing much in the way of openings in the Nashville area--which is where I live.

Well while we're anxiously waiting, does anyone know which specialties typically get the most applications?? Good luck to everyone!!:)

I have no real idea but I would *guess* FNP and AGACNP. Although this thread seems to have a lot of CNM and psych folks.

Hi all! Pre specialty CNM/FNP applicant here. Does anyone know the breakdowns of number of applicants vs. accepted students? Thanks in advance and good luck to all :)

what's the phone number to the admission?

BSN: 399 applied; 225 admitted; 158 enrolled

I've been told by someone in admissions that FNP and Psych are the most popular with AG-ACNP maybe a close third.

Wow totally feeling like PNP-PC is the least popular lol

I feel the same about PNP-AC!

I was told to check my email after 5:00 tonight! Hopefully that's good and not bad news!
