Hello,
I just took Nclex this past week and found out I passed 48 hrs later. I was using Uworld and was scoring 50-60%. I focused on the rationales for each question and try to completely understand the concept before moving on. I did atleast 75-150 questions a day for 2 weeks. I was not able to finish the Qbank. I would also recommend using "Lacharity prioritization delegation and assignment" as additional guide. Because I actually took the time to read every single rationale, i was able to passed nclex with 77 questions. take a deep breath and have a balance breakfast. Another advice is to NOT study the day before exam day. I myself was having a hard time, but I spent the day with family. Best of Luck!!
thank you for your advise...i plan to take my exam on August..do you think I still have time to improve?

I just started Uworld yesterday. Currently my score is 67% after answer 75 questions but it also says that I am in the 92 percentile. I guess that is compared to other people who answer these questions. I've heard Uworld questions are a little harder than real nclex questions.
hi...my score depends on the number of question i took...Can somebody explain about what the Uworld means with:your score and median score?
my "your score" is 26th percentile while the median score is 48th percentile.. does this mean I am way DOWN than most people took the test?

Yes I say you have plenty of time! I graduated in April and took NCLEX in may. You should be able to finish UWorld qbank within the time frame. Keep practicing questions everyday.

Yes! You have plenty of time to study for the NCLEX between May and August. Four months is adequate study time if you are committed to studying 50 to 100 questions a day using UWorld or another reliable study resource. I sat for and passed the NCLEX-PN after studying for 2 months. I studied about 75 to 100 questions a day and then read every single rationale, including the answers that I got right. I did not move onto the next question until I fully understood the concept.
You can do this!

When bought UWorld, I initially was hitting in the 40s, 50s then eventually the 60s and stayed there. I have a notebook full of notes from the rationales. I did a 75 question qbank everyday for 2 months and when I ran out of new questions, I made another set with questions that I've gotten wrong. Don't be focused on how many you get right, what matters is understanding the rationales and applying it to the next pertinent question. I actually saw some similar questions from UWorld on my NCLEX! The Lacharity delegation book was useful too. I passed using UWorld and the Lacharity book...it was also my second time I took it =D

Hey, quick question, did you write down the rationales or simply read it? i'm averaging between 40%-50%, and i feel defeated. it seems like it would take a long time to write down all the rationales. any advice would help. thank you.
I am writting the rationales specially those that seems new to me..or needs more time to study
thanks...I just feel like I'm the only one having this scores and it scares me to death...I will try to do more questions as of now I'm only doing 75 q a day...its hard when your a mother and working as well..
I was hittting the same scores as you when I started out. I think I averaged a 57 or something when I finished the entire bank. I wrote down the rationales of right and wrong questions. Understanding the rationales and applying it to questions is whats important, not the score. I passed the second time with UWorld.
