UTMB Spring 2010

Published

Hey guys Im making this thread so all of the applicants for UTMB Spring 2010 can follow each other through the process and help each other out! The application deadline is coming up soon! Goodluck to all!:nuke: I know they are only exepting 60 for the spring.

I too recieved an interview e-mail this morning from an ****** ******. My status still says pending and the program says "generic" not bacc2. Congrats to those that got interviews!

congrats sarah_ashley!! when is your interview?? friday also?

Congrats, Smith and Sarah Ashley, and thank you for posting and letting us know! I did not get one (yet?). I'm happy for you! Jealous, but still happy for you! ;-)

Virginia, fyi, mine says generic, too, and I applied for Bacc2.

Also wondering: is the generic bsn two full years, or is it Spring, Summer, Falls, Spring? Thx!

Specializes in hematology/oncology.

Yippie ha Yeah!!! Congrats Sara ashley!!

Hey! Ok, i figured out this whole generic vs. bacc2 issue!

On the letter you should have received after you applied that has your "P number" and PIN, it should say Program - Nursing Generic - Accelerated Track.

On the online system it will only say Generic, but look at the paper you got and that should make it clearer for you as to which program you are applied to.

Hope this helps!

Yes ms sealy, my interview is Friday, which is also my birthday! Not exactly what I want to do on my birthday but I'm thankful for the interview!!!

Hi! I have been following this thread for a while now, just signed up now. You have helped calm me down with all your great info, thanks! I applied to the Bacc2. I talked to someone in Sept. she said the Bacc2's say Generic because we are good for both pools but they know we are Bacc2. my congrats too to Smith and Sarah Ashley :yeah:, but that makes me super anxious again, I haven't gotten an email yet! :redpinkhe ahhh :( Good luck all!

Congrats Sarah & smith!!!

sarah_ashley that's pretty cool tho..you will never forget your interview date and heck..mention it at the interview..it might get u some points and will definately make them remember you during deliberations!

Anyone, anyone on the generic BSN timeline? Two years or 15 mos? I've been wondering about that, and I can't find it on the website. Thx!

NocutuNurse - the generic/traditional program is 15 months

Thx much Miss Pink!
