The Dean got up there and said that she had never heard that many students in her whole career say that they needed GOD. They said they prayed before and after every test. I was like what the hey. I startrd laughing and they were looking at me like thats not funny. I was like OMG!!

Hey guys!

I just found out about this website when i was waiting to get interviewed. I got accepted to the generic 2 weeks ago and i am very excited! I did not think i was going to get accepted or even an interview! I had prior plans on applying to other schools for Fall 2010, but this opportunity was too hard to pass up because we are going to be GREAT nurses though this program. I can't wait to work with you guys, and see yall at orientation! Is it just me, or does it seem like we have a lot to do until Jan 5th ? Happy holidays!

Hi! Welcome to the group!

Good luck everyone with any finals you have this week... (I have three exams this week and a project due tomorrow, then finals next week BLAH)....I'm sure you all are cramming too, everyone get sleep (cuz we won't get any for the next year and a half haha)

There are so many forms to fill out in our packets! Yikes! I need to call in between my exams this week though, one of the forms said I do not have English 2 (I do, I wonder what happened...?)

for the www.moolahspot.com in the student status should i put i'm a 1st year college student or what? i've finished 4years already but this isn't graduate school and i'm only 24(not non-traditional). hmm, what do ya'll think?

i also am a nontraditional student. i just put in that my degree would be nursing and status as 4th year since that is what we would be considered in bacc2. there's a lot of overlap with fastweb, but i did find a couple that were not.

Ah! When I got my packet in they said I was missing my science elective and Stats...which I told the lady a THOUSAND times the semesters I had taken them and the grades I had made. So I just had another transcript sent. That's like the fifth one so I'm sure they're sick of seeing it lol. I'm going to get my titers drawn today and my TB test I hate getting blood drawn more than anything!!! Like I'm deathly terrified of it!!! I guess I'll have to get used to it seeing as I'm going to be a RN in a year and half . I'll have to be a big girl and suck it up lol. Has anyone else gone to get theirs done yet?

wow...a year and a half.....

I'm all done with my shots and titers.

I used to have a phobia about taking blood and giving shots. It was so bad that I got all As on every exam in Medical Assistant School except for the hematology. I FAILED that exam. The teacher said what the heck? So i confessed that i was scared of needles/blood and he forced me to use him as a pin cushion until I got over it!

hahaha love the story ms sealy! yeah there is alot to be done before nursing we start school! so many things to do so little time! ugh, i wish we had a full month break but who am i to complain. i'm soo happy we all got in :)

kcalalang i know what you mean. i moved to texas back in 198??? with big plans to attend nursing school, but it didn't happen. well now i'm in and january 5th seems too soon!

kgoodson...have you heard anything yet?
