UTMB Spring 2015 Applicants

Hey Y'all,

I read through the whole UTMB Fall 2014 thread and thought I'd start the next semesters thread (because I couldn't find one). I know the application doesn't close until May 31st, but thought it would be helpful to start this now.

I got that email back on May 15th.

I also submitted my application in April.

Congrats mine is Wednesday of next week as well! Crossing my fingers and sending up prayers that we get excepted!

Ahh good luck to you as well. Seriously, good luck to everyone who has interviews coming up. I've already done it once before so I know how nerve wracking it is. My only advice is to be yourself and answer the questions honestly. It's a pretty casual feeling, almost like just having a normal conversation with a stranger. :)

I got an email today saying my application had been received and verified..anyone else get this?

i received the same email but no interview yet. Does that mean there will be an interview or still a slight a chance I can get rejected right away?

This is just the first wave of interviews. Don't be too stressed if you haven't heard anything back yet. They are still reviewing applications. Last time I didn't hear anything for 7 weeks after the deadline.

I'm glad they sent confirmation emails. The last time I applied for Fall 14, I didn't even receive that and didn't get word until the end of May (I sent my application in Jan) :(.
