UTMB FNP Fall 2015?

Hey all, just thought I start a thread for UTMB fall 2015 FNP Prospects.

I am a current RN working in SA, I actually have applied to UTHSCSA and UTMB. I am in the process of applying to Texas State and Angelo State as well. Don't know which school I'll choose in the end but just seeing if there are any fellow nurses out there in the same application process :)

I applied January 20th hopefully it only takes 6 weeks so I can stop wasting money on applications. Good Luck to Everyone!!! The waiting continues!!

I got that email to @RNJazzie12,BSN however i applied since november and sent in my supplemental app november 28th ,something isn't accurate

I called and was told the committee is meeting only once a month and they have over 800 applicants to review. So the waiting game continues. I am keeping my hopes up last yr i applied close to the deadline and got rejected and this yr i applied early so lets see.

I applied for fall UTMB but CAS lost my transcript so I had to have another transcript sent and that put it over the deadline. I am applying to TWU, UTA and PVAMU

I thought UTA isn't accepting anymore FNP students for Spring semester? I'm confused about that.

Yeah they told me that too. They did not mention the time frame of applying early to increase your chances at admission though, but maybe that is something new? As long as you apply before the deadline and exceed their requirements you should be good to go. Hopefully I have exactly what they're looking for :)
