UTMB FNP Fall 2015?

Hey all, just thought I start a thread for UTMB fall 2015 FNP Prospects.

I am a current RN working in SA, I actually have applied to UTHSCSA and UTMB. I am in the process of applying to Texas State and Angelo State as well. Don't know which school I'll choose in the end but just seeing if there are any fellow nurses out there in the same application process :)

Hi! I also applied for the UTMB 2015 FNP program and just got an email acceptance letter today. That is the only program I applied to so I don't know much about the others. I'm in Austin. Anyone else here back?

I applied to utmb, duke and drexel. Havent heard anything bk from utmb but keeping my fingers crossed.

I have not heard back from anyone yet, still praying to hear something positive, like an acceptance! lol

I also applied to UTMB FNP program. No word yet! I did graduate from their accelerated BSN program and loved it! I'm hoping that I hear something soon so I can stop applying to other schools. Good luck everyone!☺️

RNjazzie12, I have applied to UTHSCSA as well! We are probably not going to hear anything until the end of February/beginning of March, since the deadline is 02/01. Good luck!

I called the office of admissions and they said it can take up to May depending on the time at which you applied! Prayers to everyone!! Still patiently waiting :)

@Phlisha I applied Jan 5th. Just received an e-mail today saying that it should take about 6 weeks from submitting your supplemental application to receive a decision. Prayers guys!!!! :)

I applied January 20th hopefully it only takes 6 weeks so I can stop wasting money on applications. Good Luck to Everyone!!! The waiting continues!!
