Hi everyone! I haven't seen a topic for UTMB's Fall 2021 BSN admission cycle. What are your stats? I will post mine below.

 

TEAS: 88.7

Science GPA: 3.5

Pre-Req GPA: 3.7

Overall: ~3.7

I have worked as a patient care tech at Baylor Scott & White since August 2020.

HI! dual credit goes towards your GPA so make sure to keep that in mind!

Hey guys about how long did it take for your transcripts to get verified? I just submitted mine about a week ago and wanted to know when I should start worrying LOL

Mine only took about a week for them to get verified, depending on how quickly the school sends them to Nursing CAS.

One of my transcripts was received and then processed later that day. I also received verification status that day. But I ordered my other two transcripts three weeks prior so I wouldn't worry! I think it usually takes one or two weeks.

Hey everyone getting so nervous!! I just submitted my application ??? did all of y'all attach a resume or no?

I attached a resume and it messed up my format so bad. Now I'm nervous LOL

Hey guys I know a couple of you all were asking when you would hear something back. I applied to last semesters class and unfortunately didn’t get in so here I am again haha. 
 

What we all noticed was that once your application was viewed your active app status will go away and you should get an email within a few days informing you of your decision. Best of luck!

It’s cool no worries, Overall was a 3.6 science was a 3.4 and my TEAS was a 76 (now improved haha). 
 

I’m not sure if anyone has gotten numbers yet for this class, but last semester we had over 1500 people apply and obviously the odds weren’t in anyone’s favor because it was literally the best of the best.

I didn't attach a resume because I felt like it would've been repetitive of my application but IDK now ugh ? I'm from San Antonio so I'm applying to other schools as well

Hey guys! I submitted my app today but my grades and TEAS score was not nearly as competitive as those listed above. Keeping my fingers crossed! Good luck everyone!
