UTMB Fall 2020

Hey y'all! I will be applying for UTMB SON for fall 2020! I couldn't find a forum for it, so I decided to start one! It is a little early but many of you know it take forever to gather everything needed for the application! Please post all of your questions, stats, etc. SO excited to apply in November!

Me too. It’s okay though, don’t ever give up!! It just means you weren’t quite ready, but don’t let it discourage and keep trying! You’ll get there.

If you don’t mind me asking, what was your GPA & TEAS score?

I’m sorry about that I stopped my application process due to my science GPA being a 2.9 and I’m retaking my C’s and applying for either Summer or fall 2021. Never give up we all have a time. If you don’t mind, what were your stats, I plan on applying for fall 2021.

overall GPA 3.6 ish

science GPA 3.2

TEAS score 82

So I know the waitlist email said they wouldn’t disclose our position on the list, but does anyone know how many people are on the waitlist? Also, do we have a better chance of getting in the following semester? I would just hate to start a different program in the fall just to transfer to UTMB in the Spring.

You got accepted for UTMB Fall 2020 and UTH Summer 2020 and you decided to go to UTMB right ?

those accepted, how long do you have to accept or deny? I'm on the waitlist so I am just curious when they may start filling those slots

Iv heard for other schools you have a way better chance of getting in the following semester if youre on the waitlist. But I'm not sure about here...I'm on the waitlist too and yeah I'm curious to know how many

On my email they put the wrong date! But they give 2 weeks to reply so it should be by the end of this week.

My email said I have until May 1st to Accept and pay the deposit

Hi y'all, I was accepted to UTMB but decided to attend TWU instead and am about to turn down my offer. Good luck to those who were waitlisted! This should open up one more spot ?
