Out of 519 only 120 had been offered applications. I didn't have amazing grades but I had plenty of volunteer hours as well as history of being a CNA as well as having my phlebotomy and PCT certification. A Lot of students in the program with me had mediocre grades but an interesting background, but a lot of students had amazing grades. I think they look for all around students not just grades here.
