Hi everyone. I myself have not received an email from from UTMB either. However, I also spoke with Elizabeth. She said that she is still working on it and waiting on updates. The deadline for those who got accepted to respond, I believe, is April 12th. I’m getting anxious from waiting, but I’m thinking that it may be best to sit tight and be patient until then for any kind of response. I know it’s easier said than done but what can we do? ?

still confused on us who never got an email, what is that suppose to mean. Hopefully we hear something, I'm kind of frustrated on this application process, we already have it hard enough with all the anticipation. I was looking forward to at least receiving an invitation for an interview, guess not. Best of luck y'all.

I was accepted but denied my acceptance because I already accepted admission to UTHealth. So one spot will for sure be opening up. I hope y'all hear good news soon!

So I asked Ms. Botello, I said "so for the people that haven't gotten any email whatsoever, what does that mean?" and she said "that doesn't mean anything I have 700 applicants" and I said "oh" and then lost service lol so there's that.

Hi everyone!

I was also was waitlisted.

Overall GPA: 3.49

Prerequisite GPA: 3.72

TEAS: 92.7 overall

Previous BS in psychology from Texas A&M.

Related work experience and some volunteer experience.

I thought I had a decent personal statement but I can’t help but wonder if it’s the reason I wasn’t accepted? I think my stats are competitive but I know UTMB has a more holistic approach... I know this is a long shot but is anyone willing to read my statement and see what they think? Or could I read someone’s statement who was accepted? TIA!

Wow your TEAS is awesome! Your prereq GPA is high too. Your app seems strong. Do you have withdrawals in your transcript? I can read your essay if you don't mind.

I recently got accepted to UTMB.

GPA: 4.0

TEAS: 83

My TEAS was no where near as good as yours! It might have been the personal statement.

Hello guys! I was waitlisted yesterday as well.

Science GPA: 3.6

Pre-req GPA: 3.63

TEAS: 84%

I was waitlisted for UT Health summer as well so I seem to be on a roll lol Goodluck to everyone!
