UTMB FALL 2014

I would like to start a thread for UTMB FALL 2014 since there I cannot find one. I am in the process of applying and this is the only school I am applying to. Right now, I just trying to finish my personal statement before I can submit it. I am a bit nervous and excited at the same time.So, how is everyone else doing?

No, the soonest I would expect to hear back is 2 weeks from the interview date, which for most of us would end up being next week.

They told me I should be notified between 2-4 weeks at my interview. Does anyone know how they will notify us? Call, email or MyStar I assume?

I have not heard back yet, either. I was told within 2 weeks. I assume it would be email or MyStar. I keep checking mine jic, lol.

Hello everyone! I have been following this thread for a while and thought I would join in! I have my interview on Thursday and I am a little nervous but also excited to see the school. I live about five hours away from Galveston so it will be quite a drive for such a short interview! Good luck to everyone applying!

I believe they are doing them in waves, though I could be wrong.

I just found this thread ,and I have a question. My application status is complete ,but I vaguely remember reading somewhere that we have to send a transcript directly to the UTMB. Is this true or am I mistaken?

I believe the transcript was to be mailed to NCAS, and then final to be mailed directly to UTMB upon completion of prereqs if you are accepted - the latter I was told at my interview.

Good luck to all of those who have upcoming interviews and those that are still waiting, don't get discouraged - it is still early! They are doing them in waves and maybe there was a certain cutoff date for your application to be complete to be considered for the first wave. Mine was completed before the application deadline, and I believe this is why I have already been interviewed.
