@ maddiemoody24 There is information about all the stuff needed for school on the Facebook page. One of the administrators posted a lot of helpful information recently and it should answer a lot of questions. There's also a book selling Facebook page. The book lists are not updated for the fall semester yet though.

I still haven't received the "congratulatory" email. Just the notification on mystar. I paid my deposit yesterday, so I guess it will happen in due time.

It did! But I have an email address and a new username, along with different buttons so I *think* it's ok.

I received an email with my new mystar username. It is used to check our to do list, financial aid, etc. I was told during my interview that the admissions committee meets on Mondays, for whatever it's worth. Good luck ladies!

I interviewed on 2/13 and found out yesterday. There's a group for the UTMB fall 2014 applicants that has a lot more information.

Its really not bad at all! Be prepared to talk about what was in your essay, strengths, weaknesses, etc. It is just like a job interview, except with really nice people! You'll be fine!

If you have the green check, they had told me they would not give away that spot until all issues were fixed and that person had time to decide what they wanted to do. However, it seems that the issue has been fixed now with the acceptance deposit, so all should be kosher.

I just spoke to someone in enrollment services and for those who have been accepted, they are having problems with the deposit page and not everyone is able to get to it, or if you can get to it, not able to make a payment. She said they are not giving away spots because of this issue. This could mean some are being delayed acceptance (this is just a thought, not anything I heard) until the problem is fixed. She said if you have been accepted, they would make sure to send an email out when the have fixed the problem. Hope this helps. Congrats to everyone who has been accepted! My interview was on 2/13.

Yea it is not going through. It just says Deposit20140200. I'm assuming they are still loading everything in. If I can't do it by tomorrow, I will call enrollment services. Congratulations!

When I just checked my mystar account, I saw that I was accepted! Now I just need their website to cooperate so that I can put in that I accept their invitation! I still have not received the official email, just the green check and notification on mystar.

I believe they are doing them in waves, though I could be wrong.

When I went to my interview, I was told 450. I'm not sure if that was the total number of applicants or the total number that met the requirements.

I just finished with my interview. Everyone at the school is so nice! Like Ascibby86 said, I would suggest arriving early because many roads are closed off by the parking garage. Good luck to everyone!
