UTMB FALL 2014

I would like to start a thread for UTMB FALL 2014 since there I cannot find one. I am in the process of applying and this is the only school I am applying to. Right now, I just trying to finish my personal statement before I can submit it. I am a bit nervous and excited at the same time.So, how is everyone else doing?

Hi! I am also applying for Fall 2014. I have finished my application but I'm not going to be able to submit it until my final grades of this semester are posted and I can send that transcript. Don't worry, I'm pretty sure we're all in the "excited but nervous boat" with you :) good luck!

You can go ahead and submit your NursingCAS app...you don't have to wait till they get your transcripts with your Fall grades. They will update your application with your GPA calculation when they get them. I emailed and asked. I'm also applying to UTMB & Texas Tech BSN programs.

I am also applying for Fall 2014! :) I am very nervous because I didn't do very well this semester and it pulled my GPA down to almost min. requirements so I'm unsure if I'll get accepted. Does anyone know if your math courses are included in the life science GPA?

Hey! I started a thread, too, but then found this one! I'm starting to apply now. I have my TEAS on Dec. 30 and I'm working on my personal statement. As far as nCAS, I'm waiting on them to receive my transcripts that were sent Friday evening.

Hi everyone, I am also applying for UTMB fall 2014. It's so nerve racking! I just need to take my TEAS test, and do my personal statement.

Hi all! So I have a couple of questions. 1) do you know if they take into consideration which school you go to when looking at your application? 2) What is actually due before Jan. 15? 3) How was the TEAS - I'm taking that in a couple of days. Thanks! :)

@drngoctopus That I know of, they do not take into consideration the school you went to. Mainly the grades you made at that school. The application must be submitted by Jan 15, 2014. And I have not taken the TEAS yet, I take it Dec. 30. Good luck to you!:)

Ok this stinks...I can't get one of my transcript request done until Jan. 2nd. They closed Dec. 13th and aren't coming back until then. The other one I did before I came home for Christmas break. If my application for NursingCAS is done is it ok if my NursingCAS can't get my GPA calculation and transcripts processed by Jan. 15th or am I just screwed for UTMB Fall 2014 start?

Hey everyone! I am on the wait list for Spring 2014. I am reapplying for Fall just in case I do not hear anything. I am going to retake my TEAS and a few classes to help raise my overall gpa.

@raidergirl95 I think the best thing for you to do is to just call UTMB SON office of admissions.
