UTHSCSA Traditional BSN Application Fall 15

Hey guys!

So the application to start in the Fall of 2015 is due on February 1st. Really, that is right around the corner if you think about it!

Let this thread be dedicated to all hopefuls!

I still have to take the Teas V, but I did buy the study guide with 2 tests so hopefully that helps. My cumulative GPA will be 3.2ish and my pre-req GPA will be close to 4.0. I'm extremely anxious about getting in that is for sure!

Yikes so that means we should be looking for denial emails first. Greeeeeeat.

As far as meeting up....I will be in classes all day on Monday. Checking my email all day...������

I was really hoping that we'd hear today or tomorrow, but it's only another week! My last name starts with a B, so as long as I don't get an email today I guess I'm eligible for admissions.

The suspense is killing me :( I don't think I can live another week without knowing!!! And my last name starts with T omg so that means I might still not even be eligible :( I'm going to go crawl under a rock now

I feel the same way! When I went to the info session in November they said we would know before spring break so even though they had said prior to April 1st after submitting the supplemental application, I was like we will know way earlier than that. But spring break came and left and still nothing.:nailbiting:

I think it takes so long because they've only got maybe one or two people going through everything, which I can well imagine isn't easy.

So since they just started going through our applications, do you think it's possible for them to rank all of us in as little as a week?

We shall see.... I got the feeling she wants to have it done by the April 1st deadline because she joked about Monday the 30th still being on time. I would think there is a team of people the review the eligible applications. It's very nerve racking but we should have our answers soon. 😉

How do you think they rank? Do you think they go from 100-0 on TEAS v scores then focus on other things? Or do you think it's a combination? Ugh I just want to know already :***:
