UTHSCSA Spring 2012

I know it's a little early, as applications are due until July 7, 2011, but I'm excited already and want to hear from others applying for the Spring 2012 semester. Anyone submit their application yet or in the process of submitting?

I took my TEAS test today and got an 88% for my total score. I'm hoping that offsets my not so great GPA. Good luck to everyone who hasn't taken it yet!

How did u know ur grade so fast... doesnt it take couple of days? im taking mine tomo.... wish me luck.

It generated a report as soon as I hit submit. You can also access it through ATI website to spend more time viewing report like average scores nationally and for program once you are home. Good luck!

It's version V. Also don't forget to take your ATI website login.

has anyone else heard that as soon as you get your invite for the test that you should start you immunizations???

I took my teas test earlier today and I still haven't gotten my results. I was told my score would be ready at 5 but everytime I check the website it says 'blocked'. Does anyone know when I will be able to see my score?? Because all this waiting is making me go crazy!

Hi everyone I took the teas last week and got a 74 :( my gpa is a 3.61 so I'm wondering if it's even worth doing the supplemental application? I have a pretty good shot at 2 other schools so idk if I want to stress all semester taking Chem 2 and bot getting in. Honestly do y'all think I still have a chance?

I've attached the form where you can read more about the immunizations. It states the Hepatitis B series can take between 4 to 6 months to complete. The Hepatitis A&B combo series can be completed in approximately 5 to 6 weeks, but will require a booster the following year. It basically depends on what route you are taking or if you require a titer or not. If you are planning to attend nursing school next year then it would be wise to start already.

Depends on what school you really want to go to! Your gpa may offset your TEAS score a little so if I were you, I would not give up hope until they tell me I was not accepted. Also you still have the supplemental application to go to help you a little more. In the end, it's about where you want to go so if you have a good shot at two other schools and see yourself there, then it's up to you. Hope it helps you a little.

No my score is still blocked. I registered through the website and took it at UTSA, did anyone else have trouble seeing their score who took it there?

I also took my TEAS test on this past friday at utsa. My score is also still blocked. I am dying to know what I got but honestly I am not too confident in how I did. Hope it's not as bad as I am thinking.

That's exactly how I feel! There were a lot of iffy questions where 2 answers looked like they could be right. Hopefully I picked the right ones. I'm very nervous to get my score back.

I called up there today to find out when they are going to unblock the results and keep getting the run around. First I was told that the uthscsa does not release the results and was instructed to call ati. Well I called ati and they said when there is a block on it, it is the school that has the block applied and I need to contact them. Well when I called back they just tell me that they will have to call me back later. AAAhhhh...the suspense is killling me and I do not understand how some ppl that took the test found out right away and now we are having to wait what seems like forever. I just want to know already.
