woah, they take teas now and i thought the application dead line was sept 1

All the information she shared is one the website. Starting in fall of 2012, only those have completed all of the pre-reqs will be allowed to apply and you will be only allow to take the Teas once. She also said they are having a 100% graduation rate this year. It's a great environment. Good luck everyone!

Hey guys! This thread is great, it's cool to be able to go through this app process with other people. @saraiish, i don't think they have an interview process... i could be wrong, but i think they just have the essay questions. has anyone received the supplemental app yet?

Took my hesi today got a 92 composite and it said the class avargr was 83 low I thought

Hi, all! Believe it or not, my GPA was calculated on the NursingCAS site on 6/28/11, barely making today's deadline. I'm grateful that my transcripts finally made their way to the right place (had a little trouble: certified mail showed they got to PO Box address, but not to the person that scans the transcripts into the NursingCAS system, so had to reorder, etc, and lots of monitoring and calling). But, after today, it's wait and see what the uthscsa email says. Does anyone know how long after the deadline it is that they start sending out the emails inviting you (or not) to take the TEAS? Thanks!

I recently went to an open house and this is the "approximate" time-line that the program coordinator gave us - paraphrasing of course.

Deadline is July 1st.
After the 1st, eligible applicants are sent an e-mail that contains supplemental application questions. (1-2 weeks) These questions are to be sent back to them by within the 2 week deadline.
By the end of July, the invitation to take the TEAS will be sent out via-email.
And finally, we should find out if we have been accepted or wait listed by early to mid-September.

Hope this helps ease your mind and nerves a little. I know it did mine! :)
