UTHSC Traditional BSN Spring 2014 Applicants

U.S.A. Texas

Published

I have seen many threads for previous applicants for past semesters to the UT Houston School of Nursing. I wanted to start one myself as I am applying for the spring 2014 traditional BSN and have yet to find a thread for it. Although I opened it for applicants, I would also encourage previous applicants, current/previous students, and applicants for other semesters at UTHSC to join in and share in this exciting time!

She didn't. I'm hoping not many!

Hi all, I'm also on the wait list and have yet to hear anything. Ptstewart, have you just been e-mailing ------ your questions? I am curious to know how many of us are left on the wait list. Have any of the other wait-listers started getting anything done as far as vaccinations, physical, etc?

Yes I've just been emailing her. She always responds pretty quickly. Send her an email and let us know! Due to a previous acceptance I have most of the requirements already completed. (CPR and such) I still need a shot and of course the drug test and background check.

I e-mailed ----- to ask how many of us are left on the wait-list. I also have my CPR completed but still needing to finish my vaccinations and get a physical plus the drug screen and whatnot. I will let you know what ----- says : )

Have you heard anything back from -----?

Specializes in ICU, step down, dialysis.

She did respond to my e-mail and all she was: "There are about 20 people on the wait list."

She didn't tell me the exact number as to how many of us are left. : (

I don't have a previous degree. I made about an 85 on my HESI with a 980 or something on critical thinking. And a 4.0 science GPA and a 3.5 or something GPA. Sorry I don't remember the exact!
