UTHSC Traditional BSN Spring 2014 Applicants

I have seen many threads for previous applicants for past semesters to the UT Houston School of Nursing. I wanted to start one myself as I am applying for the spring 2014 traditional BSN and have yet to find a thread for it. Although I opened it for applicants, I would also encourage previous applicants, current/previous students, and applicants for other semesters at UTHSC to join in and share in this exciting time!

Hi I was wondering if there was a forum started for summer 2014? I followed this forum for the Spring but found out I was rejected. Does any one know if there is a forum for the people applying to the summer class?

Yes there is a forum for the summer 2014. I too was declined for the spring. I did a search on the website and found it. Good luck!

I'm applying for fall 2014 but there is not a lot of activity on my thread. I know the selection process is tricky because from what I have read people with great scores are accepted and not accepted. I made a 82.80 on my Hesi.Reading=86Math=90Anatomy=80Grammar=80Vocabulary=78CT=870Has anyone else that has applied made what I have overall and still been accepted?

To everyone who was put on the waitlist for Spring 2014, I just got an e-mail saying that they are offering me admission to the Summer 2014 Program, so be checking your e-mail!

I have already been accepted into another Accelerated BSN program that starts next week, so I'll be declining.
