I have seen various threads for previous applicants that applied to the UT Houston School of Nursing. I was not able to find a thread for UTHSC Fall 2016 applicants so I decided to start one. If a thread already exists, I am sorry. I will also be applying to TWU-Houston and UTMB. I know the process is stressful, so I will try to make it easier. I will be attending the May 22 info session at UT and the May 28 one at TWU. I will be sure to update any information discussed in the sessions for those who are not able to attend. If there are any previous applicants, or current and previous students, I would appreciate if you could join and share your experience in the school as well as your application process.

Really? When I was denied for spring, it never updated in the portal. My application just kinda dropped off of it. Now it just shows my completed applications for fall and summer.

Yea, when I looked it had the red circle with a bar thru it and said "View Deny Status". When I clicked it, it had a lovely little note saying: "Your application for admission has been denied. Thank you for applying to UT-Health. We wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors." Nothing like a little kick in the side while still waiting on fall's decision lol. Still staying positive...everything happens for a reason.
Does this appear in the admission status in my.uth website? I'm asking cause mine hasn't changed and it's still yellow.
My status in my.uth website used to be a green circle (for complete), but when it changed to accepted, it had two green check marks instead of the regular green circle and a link to accept or decline the admission. Once I accepted, the status went back to complete and the green circle. In your case, I believe the same will happen, you'll have the two green checkmarks instead of the yellow circle.
Hello all! I was accepted today as well! Fingers crossed for those who are still waiting to hear back, much love and support to you! I did receive a transcript evaluation. I did not receive an email indicating my status had changed, I just logged in to myUThealth and my status had changed to a green check mark that read "accepted".
