I have seen various threads for previous applicants that applied to the UT Houston School of Nursing. I was not able to find a thread for UTHSC Fall 2016 applicants so I decided to start one. If a thread already exists, I am sorry. I will also be applying to TWU-Houston and UTMB. I know the process is stressful, so I will try to make it easier. I will be attending the May 22 info session at UT and the May 28 one at TWU. I will be sure to update any information discussed in the sessions for those who are not able to attend. If there are any previous applicants, or current and previous students, I would appreciate if you could join and share your experience in the school as well as your application process.

gpa: 3.12
science: 3.20
Hesi: 90
I have this huge doubt that I won't get in :/ but was wondering what yalls opinions are. I know some people that got into the previous sessions with somewhat similar scores
I applied for summer and fall and never heard anything about summer, so I'm looking toward hopefully hearing something for fall. My stats are similar...
So I have a question, guys. I was wondering if any of you still have an incomplete application status because a transcript is still on the to do list? I understand that it will show on the to do list if you have any pending classes, but is it going to stay like that until you finish those courses? Seeing that "incomplete" starting me right in the face is a bit unsettling
I'm done with all my prerequisites, and my application status shows a green circle, and it says complete. However, my to do list still shows that I need proof of TSI. A while back I called to inquire about this, and they told me that once they reviewed my transcript it would be taken off the todo list. It has been a while and it still there, and I'm starting to worry. This wait is killing me!
I believe the TSI portion is something the school your transferring from and UT handle. I applied and still have 3 classes left, and mine says incomplete for the application and to-do list. I asked about it, hopefully it's normal.
