Hey guys, just wanted to begin a thread for all UT Health SON hopefuls who are applying for Spring 2016. I look forward to getting to know all of you as we begin to play what seems to be the longest waiting game ever! I am more than confident that each and every one of us will be receiving our acceptance letters around this same time next year:) Feel free to share anything regarding the application process and/or ask any questions that you may have!

You should definitely check your spam box.

Just so in the future you can prevent other important mail from going into the spam box again.

I have not received an admission. How many people are in the FB group? Might be a good way to gauge remaining seats.

A question! How do I calculate my science GPA and my general prerequisites for nursing GPA?

I'm taking classes at LSC-Kingwood.

Make sure u take HESI with "Critical Thinking"section bc most nursing programs now require it.

Also, 28 on FB may not reflect those who were accepted during last cycle of applications. Some applicants get rejected for current term, waitlisted and accepted for next term. Not sure if this explanation makes sense, but we just dont know how many people would be in that pool.
