Hi everyone! I did not find a thread for fall 2015 UTHSC applicants so I decided to create one, sorry if there is already one. I am going to be applying to Prairie View A&M, UTHSC, and Lone Star College (with UTHSC being my first choice). My current stats are:
Science GPA: 4.0
Overall GPA: 3.9
I am taking my Hesi test this Saturday. I'm fairly nervous about it so I'm studying non-stop until it's time to take the test.
I'm looking forward to talking to everyone else that is applying! :)
As I finish some of my prereqs, do you you think it is a good idea to update them as I go? Would there be someone I could contact to do this? I guess I'm just getting a little anxious as we wait
I finally got in touch with the help desk and I think there was just something wrong with the settings in my account. They fixed it very quickly, just in case anyone else has the same problem!

Anyway, I'm so glad I found this form! Here are my stats:
Science GPA: 3.56 (currently taking micro, 3.63 assuming an A in micro).
Pre-req overall: 3.43 (if I don't get accepted for fall, I'm going to retake Engl 1301 and US Hist I during the summer, and that'll bump me up to 3.64).
HESI overall: 87%, CT 880
I know I'm not the top of the line give my scores, but I still hope to get in given my history (BS, MS, study abroad).
I emailed registrar last week regarding a transcript eval.. She said that they have to have a request from the school of nursing to send one. Did anyone else have that problem?

Did yall call and ask for one? I called and asked about them and the woman said you have to request one and it's just to see how competitive you are.
