Hi everyone! I found this forum last night and figured I would create this for anyone who wants to discuss the pacesetter program for Spring 2021. The application deadline will be here before we know it! I will be taking courses at San Jac this Summer to finish my pre-reqs ( a lot of the unfortunately ). Hope everyone is staying safe and taking this time to prepare as much as possible. I had been volunteering at Methodist but unfortunately that has ceased for now. Post anything you’d like here!

I don't have a high GPA since I didn't do great my freshmen year of college but I'm hopeful. Do you think they'll accept my HESI scores if I rested in April 2018? I know they expired this year in April but I know some schools sometimes let it slide since its not that big of a time difference.
Unlike other schools, it doesn't seem that scores expire for uthealth so your scores from 2018 should be good!

Hi! It turned out to be an issue with me enabling my cookies. I ended up refreshing it after I did that and it took me directly to pay the app fee not sure why it took me there first. Thankfully I figured it out though! ?

Hi! When you sign up for the HESI, if you use the UT Health code it’ll get sent directly to them from Elsevier.

hi! so when I did my application I did have to put it in manually and but they still want the official report from Elsevier- so then I sent in my score report since I did it with another institution.

You select the sections you take! So just take the sections needed for Civic. It will have critical thinking included since HCC requires CT for their ADN program, but you don't have to take it. All sections will be open to test but you can skip the sections you don't need to take.
