Just wanted to start a forum to see if there are any other nursing student applicants for the Fall semester? I just applied, although, I know I will not get a response until beginning of April. I was so excited since I just finished my HESI. I had to retake it since I did not take Vocab. the first time I took it? . Anyways, I really pray I get in for August so I can get started and not need to take any additional classes for other schools. My friend got in for Spring 2019 and she is loving it. I have really been fighting to get here for a VERY LONG TIME

Yes that's the correct BLS CPR!! Theres two "orientations" The first one is new students admitted day which is NOT mandatory and basically it is informal and they tell you about the school, give you a tour and lunch, and parents and important people to you can come (they'll give you the details later). New students admitted was like 2 months(?) before school starts. For us it was March 29 or something like that and it was a Friday for us. And then there is actual orientation which is Mandatory this one was the wednesday before school started which for us was May 15th with classes starting the 20th.

I found a Sugar land location of American Heart association. It is valid for two years. It is a one day class, like about 3 hours of lecture + practice and 25 questions at the end. You gotta get 70% to pass. But it is easy ?
Hello Everyone! I received my acceptance letter on the 23rd and I could not believe it. Looking for guidance on the admissions process, looking to form a group before the semester starts so we could all help each other in regards to which steps to take, the holds, immunizations, etc.
Their spring deadline already passed Unfortunately I forgot how early their cut off is! Will probably apply for their summer start as a back up, but Galveston is a very far commute for me
