Hello everyone! I wanted to make a thread for those applying to UT Tyler's nursing program for the fall of 2014. If you have any insight on what is competitive, or any thoughts you would like to share.. please post! I'd like to hear from others applying! Thanks :)

I just got an email from UT Tyler that was totally unrelated to the nursing program! I freaked out for a minute!

Do they send rejection letters along with acceptance letters? Since there is a waiting list I'm assuming that they can't send rejection letters after everyone that got accepted claims their spot..... :nailbiting: I guess the wait continues! The advisor at tyler told me that it may take up to 8 weeks after the deadline to be notified! That's next week everyone!!!! They have to notify us before the summer registration starts bc I haven't taken patho and concepts. Have u guys taken patho and concepts yet? @furelite on my application and point sheet my advisor put patho and concepts as the courses required to take before the program starts. It doesn't say anything about pharmacology. Do we also take pharm before?

I talked to an advisor thursday and she said we will be getting a letter saying if we are accepted or rejected so either way you will recieve one.
