UT Austin Alternate Entry 2020

Hey everyone! I did not see a post for applicants for Ut Austin's Alternate Entry MSN program for 2020, so I started one! I know the application just opened a few days ago but with all everyone balances, I figure why not start now? I am applying for their PMNHP specialty.

How is everyone feeling knowing decisions are being made today? I’m so nervous personally! Just hoping for the best, really...

Remember today is Martin Luther King Day and the University is closed. So we won’t hear anything I’m guessing until earliest tomorrow!

I just went back and looked and people received their acceptances as early as 1/18 (CNS). I didn’t see any for LeaDs but someone knew by 1/25 that they were waitlisted for LeaDs.

Thank you! Good to know. Does anyone know when we’ll hear back about financial aid after we find out about admission decisions? I tried calling today but the financial aid office was so busy they couldn’t answer until later in the week.

Was there an application section for financial aid? I don’t recall seeing one. Typically anything regarding finances occurs after an admissions decision is made.

Yes I believe it was in the PDF checklist of things to do for application season. It opened on December 9th and closes March 23rd I believe! Check out this link and click on the think for the scholarship/fin aid link to apply.
