USF spring 2011 BSN

Hey all.

Just thought I would start a thread for USF nursing program-BSN for spring 2011 to see when people start hearing back and what not! Wishing everyone luck!:)

Yeah anything would be fine at this point but I feel there's a positive side since my application was complete last week but who knows grrr

They told me I would certainly get it before New Year's Day. I hope that will be the case, since tomorrow and New Year's Eve will be the last days...

Any news today? My school that I'm currently attending starts on January 3rd. I feel like I won't hear back from USF by then because I just checked the mail and didn't see anything from them, and tomorrow is New Year's Eve, no mail on New Year's and no mail on Sunday. Does anyone know what else I can do about my situation? I'm sure there are a few of us in similar situations, and I can't believe they are so late about this. Their office doesn't even open until January 3rd. I'm pretty frustrated about this whole thing :\

Me too. I need to say yes to another school by the 14th! but I would also like to go ahead and set my schedule and buy my books, so the sooner the better would be nice. I always said if I was accepted to USF I would go, but now Im not so sure. I literally have zero time to move if I need to and I also need to get my finances in order.

Hey everyone so I had emailed the director again to find out what happened. He emailed me back and said that no body sent the decision letters out due to winter break and they will send them out today and should come by this week. Hopefully it will. In the meantime my plan is to study for the teas exam and apply to other schools for now just in case and start my reapplication for USF. Just updating everyone on the situation. Happy New Year

Thanks for that update!! I called today but didnt get any reliable news. I left a message to the transfer director earlier, but didnt get a call back. I guess they were annoyed by the volume of calls they received today about this b/c they were pretty short and rude with me over the phone. How could they be surprised? Anyway, I was assured again that not all of the letters are rejection letters, but my question is that if they know that, then why cant they just tell me over the phone if I was rejected? My days are starting to drag...

Hey well I checked my mail again and nothing still hopefully Tommorow the director said to wait till Friday the latest. So jut have to wait and see. Did you get accepted when you received your letter and was it a packet that you got
